Randi Zuckerberg is an American businesswoman, former Director of market development and spokesperson for Facebook. She is the sister of Mark Zuckerberg who believes in being a three-dimensional woman of many titles. She is the Founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, a boutique marketing firm and production company. Prior to founding her own company, Randi Zuckerberg worked at a tiny internet company called Facebook, where she created and ran the social media pioneer’s marketing programs.

She graduated from Harvard University and worked for two years in marketing for advertising firm Ogilvy & Mather. She has stated in articles and interviews that to her it was a dream job in which she enjoyed the work and was on a good track for professional advancement. Her brother Mark Zuckerberg later asked her to join him at his startup Facebook, which he said was understaffed with people willing to travel and who could explain his vision.
Randi Zuckerberg took a position that required a move and a cut in pay but with stock options. She has stated that she initially thought this was a temporary position that might last six months. After she left Facebook, she spent a year on a bit of a speaking tour, and what was really interesting to her was that she was always asked to come and speak about Facebook, and business, and social media.
