Microsoft Surface Pro Core i5 Laptop for Real Estate Agent
The Microsoft Surface Pro was voted as the best laptop for real estate agents. The 5th generation Windows laptop is a Surface-series 2-in-1 detachable hybrid notebook computer, designed, developed, marketed, and produced by Microsoft. The laptop featured the 7th-generation Intel Kaby Lake Core processors m3, i5, or i7 which feature higher clock speeds over the Intel Skylake processors found in its predecessor.
The new Kaby Lake chips also feature improved Speed Shift technology, allowing the processor to transition between CPU states quicker. For the first time, both the Core m3 and the Core i5 models are fanless. Microsoft Surface Pro RAM options are 4, 8, and 16 GB, and SSD options are 128, 256, and 512 GB and 1 TB. These are the same tiers that were available with Surface Pro 4.
The Surface Pro features an enhanced kickstand which now opens to 165 degrees, allowing the device to lay flatter a mode that Microsoft calls Studio Mode. Alongside the 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi radio, Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy, there will now also be the option to buy the Surface Pro with an LTE Advanced modem for cellular connectivity. Microsoft Surface Pro Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 is a fairly capable gaming machine.

Microsoft Surface Pro is a hair lighter, its fanless design minimizes a thin vent around the outer edge and its optional keyboard cover is available with Alcantara fabric, similar to the covering found on the new Surface Laptop. The Microsoft Surface Pro looks just like the Surface Pro 4. It even has the same, admittedly gorgeous, 12.3-inch PixelSense touchscreen with a 2,736 x 1,824-pixel resolution.
With a keen eye, one will be able to notice the key differences. For one, the magnesium aluminium alloy frame is rounded at the edges more dramatically than before. The new Microsoft Surface Pro comes in at the same 0.33 inches (8.4mm) of thickness with its 1.73 pounds (786g) to remain unchanged. Considering that Microsoft accomplished this while packing inside a 20% larger battery, it’s an impressive feat.
